At Patara Shoes, we want you to love your sustainable footwear. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
